I love the mood of the Old South. It’s ever so slightly menacing and a bit dark under the boughs of the live oak. The Spanish moss looks lovely but I always wonder what will drop out of it if I brush past and disturb it.
Teaching in Charleston and Savannah in the spring of 2019 was a joy. For years I had been dreaming of having my friend Sarah Richter come to Middleton Place and model for me. Pre-dawn light and perfect execution from Sarah gave me the picture I had long envisioned….and gave the workshop participants a wonderful opportunity to conceptualize and execute some fun shoots.
I’ll teach again in mid-March of 2020. Sign up soon as I am limiting this workshop to 4 participants again. Dates and details to come on the Tours page.
